Having been a specsavers fan for years, I was introduced to Cuckfield I wear by a friend and I wont be going back to spec savers ever again!

Not only are the ladies super lovely and helpful, their prices are extremely reasonable and I paid no more than Specsavers prices and walked out with the perfect specs

First time glasses... The ladies here were absolutely lovely. I felt under no pressure at all, the lady that served me really knew how to compliment some glasses and how to gently suggest that others didn't suit so well. I've had 2 pairs of glasses from Lin and Nat and they helped me choose a suitable style for work and leisure.  Recently had to switch to varifocals and they swapped the lenses over to the new prescription. All hassle free. Excellent and friendly customer service and perfectly located in Cuckfield High Street.  If you're not sure what glasses you need then I recommend you pop in and have a chat with them.

Shouldn’t have gone to Specsavers...is what you’ll be saying once you’ve been here Long time customer and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my specs. Trendy, boutique, exclusive style frames, or classic if you prefer. I have so many prescription sunglasses from here, various shades and fades, addicted! Glazed by the owners so the attention to detail second to none. I won’t go on - try them for yourself!!

This place is amazing! My eye prescription has changed, but I wanted to keep the frames I have, so messaged Cuckfield i wear and they were so helpful! Natalie ordered my new prescription lenses in, then I popped by once they were in and they were done in 5 minutes, such a good service. I’m very happy and highly recommend them! Thank you, will be back to hopefully change my lenses in my sunglasses or even get some new frames

The ladies are brilliant, so helpful and really have made me see glasses are part of my wardrobe. I am now the proud owner of a pink and blue pair!

Even more they made me my glasses in lockdown, I sent over my prescription and they made them for me only to go in to check they fitted correctly.

Thanks ladies I will be back for some sunglasses and to replace a few lenses on my old ones which have got a bit scratched x

Popped in to see if they could repair a damaged pair of sunglasses on the off chance, fully repaired within 2 minutes and for no fee (to my surprise!). Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere inside.

I’m just back from Cuckfield i wear and I wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely lady for repairing my sunglasses. She spent quite a few minutes repairing and cleaning my glasses and for no charge. Such excellent customer service. I have previously purchased frames and lenses from Cuckfield i wear and I will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this shop.

We visited Cuckfield I Wear a couple of weeks ago to get some new frames for my husband and the service was excellent. We walked out with two pairs instead of one as the selection was excellent.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. Super friendly ladies. Extremely helpful. Myself and my partner had prescription sunglass lenses made for our own frames at a very good price and also purchased a new frame from the sale items. Literally couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the experience! Highly recommend this great shop

Lin & Nat are just the best, professional, caring, interested and funny, they also have some of the most fabulous glasses - we have a 3-hour round trip to see them…Why would we go anywhere else . Cannot recommend enough, prescription glasses, sun glasses, re-glazing they could not be more helpful.
