  • Contact you if there’s an issue with your frames or prescription

We send a friendly monthly email with product updates, pop-up dates, and the odd treat. If you no longer want to receive these:

  • Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or

  • Our lens labs (for making your lenses, when needed)

We store your information securely through our Wix account and order records. Only authorised members of our team have access to customer details, and only when necessary (for example, to check your order or contact you).

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information

  • Ask us to delete your data (where we’re legally able to do so)

  • Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time
