Our Story

We’re Natalie and Lin — partners in life and in eyewear — and we started Daxie Eyewear to bring a bit of joy back to the process of choosing glasses.

Before this, we ran a shop called iwear in Hurstpierpoint. It was small, personal, and full of regulars who came to us not just for their lenses, but for a second opinion they could trust.

When we moved online, we decided it was time for a rebrand — and we took our inspiration from the things that matter most to us:

• The satisfaction of reglazing a much-loved frame.

• And yes, the occasional chaos caused by our two dachshunds who are always underfoot.

Daxie Eyewear felt like the right name for all of it.

What We Do

We offer bright, well-made glasses with style, structure, and a bit of play. You can buy from our own range or send us a pair you already love — we specialise in reglazing, including complex prescriptions and vintage frames most shops won’t touch.

We also offer one-to-one style consultations, both online and in person at our pop-ups, so you can find the pair that feels most like you — without the pressure.

Who We Are

Natalie is an optical technician who genuinely enjoys a challenge — from reglazing monocles to fitting varifocals into 1930s frames.

Lin has worked in some of the UK’s best opticians and has a gift for knowing what suits you, even if you’re not sure yourself.

​

Between us, we’ve fitted hundreds of faces and answered every eyewear question going. We’ll always give you honest advice, clear information, and glasses that feel just right.
